Wood Fire Work Shop - June 2006

 I had the opportunity to participate in a wood fired kiln work-shop at Mark Peters' Pine Root Pottery Studio.  Thank you Mark for a great work shop!

I, and the others attending, arrived at the Studio with bisque pots of various shapes, sizes, and clay composition.  Throughout the week we were treated to great instruction, delicious food, informative demonstrations, tours of other area potters' studios, and daily humor from Greta (nicknamed "trouble" by us), Mark's dog. In the end, we departed with a load of really great wood-fired pieces.
